pillion seat

I have an 05 FXDCI and run a Saddlemen Renegade Solo seat. The wifey needs to be comfy and I'm looking at the Sundowner Pillion. I'm not sure how the Sundowner Pillion connects to a seat or if it even can be matched with my solo seat. Can anyone send me a close up pic of the "mating" points of the Sundowner seat and pillion? OR any other suggestions to make it less painful on long rides are welcome. Right now we run the stock HD 1up when she rides with me, she hates it since I lowered the back-end with Progressives.

I would suggest a sissybar/backrest also. Obviously a detachable one in your case. My wife was never comfortable until I got the backrest for her.
Maybe call Saddlemen for advice on matching the Renegade solo seat.
