Any advice from anyone who's installed the docking hardware for rear quick detach including the turn signal stalk change? Isn't there any way to avoid cutting the wires and having to splice under the fender?

Take off the tail light lens and unplug the signals. Take the connector off the end and snake the wires out and back through. then reassemble.
If you can get wires off the connector, I supposed you could, or maybe both pins won't fit thru hollow screw. i know in my case, I splice and the two wires barely made it thru screw, I had to lube them.
Also make sure you have all parts threaded thru wires, specially the tiny plastic cap closer to sigs. Have to pry bullets insides to reroute wires, somebody here designed a wire hook for this.
