Hey fellas, So I swapped out my bars and bought 2" extenders (09 FXDB). I ran the wires to extend them and the bars are doing fine. The cables I have on now are maxed out for safe riding and I am going to have to replace them to install the risers. So here are my questions:
Does anyone have the measurements for the stock wires? Or in that case what the measurements or PN for your own cable extensions?
What have you guys done for extending your cables?
Where have you guys bought your cables from? I've been looking at denniskirk.com
I understand that over extending the cables would put strain on the front brake, but we are talking about maybe 2 inches or so....
