Default Brake racket?

I've had my Bob now for a couple of months and the front brake still makes this rattling noise sometimes. If I get on the front brake lightly it's fine but if I squeeze just a bit harder it makes this noise like either the pads or disc are vibrating.I've had the break in maintenance done and the Harley shop says its the stock pads, I've had other mechanics tell me it's the floating rotor.I think this is bull. I've had a fist full of jap bike with assorted stock and aftermarket pads and floating and non floating rotors and I've never heard anything like this.Anyone else getting this racket?

My front brake has been doing that for a while. My back brake started doing it yesterday. When it gets bad enough to bother me, I'll change the pads.

I actually dropped my bike off today for work on the rear brakes. They started grabbing around the 2000 mile mark .... mine didnt rattle as much as they made the bike shudder. Hard to describe ... felt like anti-locks ALL the time. The problem was terrible riding 2-up ..... enough to be dangerous.
