I run mine on the 2nd setting, so a little stiffer than the softest setting. I'm 6' 225 lbs on a Fat Bob.

6'2" 280lb fat bastard here . .I run mine one from the stiffest. I don't like that feeling when it bottoms on a big "unexpected" bump.

6'2" 220 lbs set on the second lowest makes it firm for solo (just right for playing) but perfect for two up.

Mine was set on 3 when I bought it. I'm about 185. I need to buy a spanner wrench and try it 1 click softer. I do like the twisties though and don't want to sacrifice the firmness in the bend.

210lbs set on 3. I had it on 2 and bottomed out and 4 was to stiff.

I'm running 13 inch 440's. I run 2 turn's when it was just me. 9 turns out of 10when I'm two up and loaded down with luggage. I can run solo set at 9, but its a tad stiff. Not unrideable like my 412's were if I maxed them out for 2-up and then tried to go solo, but a little stiffer than I like.
