I was all about swapping my stock 70 rear to a 65 as well. But almost all of the advice and repies were a universal..."don't do it". The bike will just lug on the hyway. Yes, is will spin slower, but most of the folks I spoke with said spinning between 3000 and 3500 on the super slab was better for the motor than lugging it down. So I just bought a chrome cover for the stock sprocket and left it alone. Only you know what will make you happy, but I was just throwing out one more opinion.

Sorry to hijack. As it is for me now I run 5th gear almost all the time on the freeway and won't shift into 6th until 75 mph and from what I have read most with stock gearing say pretty much the same thing. Those who have gone to the 30T, where do you shift into 6th now and where do you hit the rev limiter in 6th? Is first a blip of the throttle and then to 2nd?

You can figure your speed with any gearing with the Big Boyz website calculator. http://www.bigboyzheadporting.com/calculators.htm Plug in your variables then calculate your speed per 1000 rpms. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of it.
