Default Combination Speedometer/Tachometer
I am thinking about picking up the Combination Speedometer/Tachometer from HD for my 2010 WG (part number 74676-09). Does anyone know if it has all the same idiot lights as the other one? Does it have the 6th gear light? I cant seem to tell HD's web site.

I have a 2009 FXDC and I installed the Combo unit.....it has all the same idiot lights etc....I like having a Tach.....but the real deciding factor was my Wife insists she prefers to drive by a Tach....who am I to argue.

You may want to look at the size of the numbers on the combo- I had this on my RK an found it much harder to read when I glanced down- fwiw...

I was thinking of making that mod too. Only using the Digital speedometer with analog tachometer for easier viewing. Below is the pic of the part # 74723-10

It has all the bells/whistles of OEM (incl 6th gear ind), with addition of the tach and selectable LED colored lighting.....

did it on my 05 wideglide and all functions are same i did the old school one that is white faced love it, of course my bike is white so really sets dash off

I see you have it on an '09. What electrical changes did you have to make, if any, to get the tach and gear indicators to work? This seems like a terrific upgrade. They ought to show all the gears.

Just a heads up for the OP, 74676-09 will not fit a 2010 wide glide. That is a 5" speedometer and the 2010 wide glide has a 4". You'd have to get 74735-09 unless you change some things. Not sure what all would be involved in that.
