150 millimeters wide (at WIDEST point) X 80% aspect ratio = 120mm high.
120mm X 2 = 240mm. Converted to Standard that's 9.44 inches. Add the 17" rim to it and you've got 26-1/2" tall wheel.
170 X .70 = 119. Times 2 = 238. Converted to standard = 9.37" Add the 17" rim and you've got about a 26-1/2" tall wheel.
Simple.

Go down to near the bottom right of this page and you'll see the drop down for the other boards. One of them is "Tires, Wheels" & stuff.
Mine is new and I'm not in the market for new tires so I just don't know. But if I had to replace one right now, I'd go with the Michelin Scorcher. Don't know if it'll fit your bike. Spendy, too. But the only thing that touches the road is your tires.
A lot of folks on this forum have TONS of experieince with this sort of thing. Make use of their knowledge.
