I did a quick online search and see that the Andrews 30T unit (290306) goes for about $133 with free shipping, now to check the local indies and see what the labour to install one would be. Definitely seems worth it by reading these forums. My 2008 Wide Glide will retain the stock belt which $ helps.
P.S. thanks to all who responded, great advice!
So, in 06 your stock pulley is 68T? Do you have the 5 speed? I believe my 08 rear, is a 66T now and I have the 6 speed. I would like to think the bolt pattern is the same so it will swap out. If I go to a 68T I think it would be like changing the front to the 30T I just want better RPM in 6th at 65-70 MPH.
I guess I'm going to get the 30t along with the speedo recalibrator from J&P. Probably will do the work myself. That will raise my rpm's from 2951 to 3135 at 75 mph which is still less than the 05 5speed of 3227.

Going from a 66 to a 68 will give you half of what the 32 to 30 will give you in RPM increase.
06 was the first year for the 6 speed. Dyna's only. 68/32. I'm going to a 68/30 and if that's not enough I'll go with a 70 in the rear.
You MAY find if you go more than a 2 tooth difference on the rear you will need to replace the belt, this is why most go with the front pulley replacement since either way requires opening the primary.
Just something to think about.

I believe you are correct!
This is screwing up how I want to go about this, I think 70T rear may be to much with stock 32T front. RPM's may be higher than what I want for 6th at 65-70mph.

If your 06 is a 6 speed with 68/32, then what is your RPM in 6th between 65-70mph?
Just saw it..
