I like the idea of raising my bars 2" it seems cheaper than having to go through all that trouble with new bars, cables etc...I measured my riser and it seems with the added 2" spacer my electrical cables may not stretch far enough especially with the handle bars turned to either side. Can someone confirm this either way?

You should be able to pull enough slack out of the neck for the wiring to reach.

danl. how much rise on those risers??
Block, 6 1/2" rise and 2" of pullback, plus the natural angle of the Lowrider frontend.

Thanks guys I just mat try those 2" risers for **** and giggles, it's ony $50.00. I think I will will try to come up with some measurements on the stock pull back dimensions, then install the risers and remeasure the pull back dimension to see how much I really gain.
