I've got an 05 FXDC with stock bars. I would like to put some risers on.

What length risers can I install without having to redo all my cables?

I have a 2005 Low Rider. I went from stock risers 4" to Deuce risers 5.5". I might have been able to go another 1/2 inch but that would have been it. So my guess is 2" for a Low Rider. You have a different bike so it may not apply. Try this. Take off the riser cover and see how high you can raise the bar. This would let you know how much higher with risers you can go. Alos rember if you and pull back to the new riser it will effect how much higher you can go. Good luck.

 

I have a '04 FXD that I installed the Low Rider risers. The only thing I had to do was move the brake line.
