Just heard back from the dealer on my vibration problem after another five days (the HD service rep took his time stopping by). They had replaced the front mount last time with no improvement. He said that the True-Track had been installed wrong and there was a bolt that was too tight, but they don't think that was causing the problem ("but it makes the engine shift too far"???). The HD service rep couldn't find anything so they are going to replace the rear motor mount and remove the True-Track (front and back) and see. The HD rep said that when they are replacing the rear mount that they should look to see if the frame is bent or cracked, but he doesn't think that's the problem.
Any of this make sense to you guys? Wouldn't a bent frame show up the moment I hit the pothole, not 300 miles later? Any other ideas?
First of all a vibration package to me sounds like bullsh!t. I've never heard of such an upgrade. Dynas have rubber motor mounts, so imo, something else would **** the bed from heavy turbulance long before a mount. It's possible, but I'd take it to an indy who cares more about your repeat business than your wallet and let them check it out.
It's a warranty fix from what I read, so what does his wallet have to do with anything? Why take to someone else if the dealer has already said a fix is coming?
Some of you are just too anti-dealer.

Much appreciated!

The TT will transfer some vibration to the chassis. What bolt was too tight? If the stop screw on the front TT bracket came loose and worked its way up so there was no gap or a very small gap between the two brackets, that definitely can cause a vibration and this has happened to several members who have installed the TT. I ran mine down all the way and locked it down with the lock nut.
If the engine alignment was correct before the TT and unless someone cranked the crap out of the TT links after the install, then there is no way it shifted the engine.
Did the Dealer come clean on this so-called Vibration package? P/N?

Apparently the vibration package turned out to be a list from HD on the proper way to do an engine alignment. Seems like they should have already known how to do that, but mine has been aligned twice now.
Somebody mentioned the compensator. Could that cause a sudden vibration?

Can someone shrink the stupid vibrator pic!
The dealer said that they downloaded the TT manual and found that one of the bolts on the front TT was flush and it should have been out about 3/8 ''. Something about adjustment. Don't know.
