I have an 06 bob and still have the mini apes. I am in the process of buying and installing drag bars. I don't know how they will feel but i love the look! Both are great and look awesome. oh and 6in risers

A superglide doesnt have the rake that a wide glide or lowrider has so they need to go up more and are not as comfortable in my opinion that was the deal breaker for me.

I went with a drag bar from a sportster and the pocket risers from the WG and softail. I just really like the look.

I made 2 spacers 1.9 inches tall and used 3" 5/16 X 18 SHCS to mount it to were the head light bracket mounts to. You have to open up the speedo mounting holes just a bit towards the center so that everything lines up. I hope this helps. [8D]

I have a 2005 and my Speedo is integrated into the handlebar clamp so your method won't work for me unless I buy the tach kit.
