128auto is a great guy and will answer your questions, as he just installed and set his up. Mine is in the way. I ordered from Direct Harley parts, $319.
The fuel light has nothing to do with the Digital gauge, I have similar problem when I had my stock analog gauge, it comes on sometimes when I park on a incline with kick stand, I think it is the float angle. Pros and cons? I can't find anything that I don't like, I have mine installed a week ago, too early to speak the truth. So far, so good no problem.
You can try this forum sponsor Direct Harley Parts, I bought mine on ebay for $319 shipped. Talk to the seller, he is willing to sell it for $319 shipped through paypal. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dakota-Digit...#ht_2488wt_922

The mounting instructions only describes the Sportster mount, but the SB's has a tank dash mounted speedo? Guess it's no problem but I wanted to ask you who already have done it.
