Rear Fender Alignment..

Rear Fender Alignment..
So i noticed the other day that my FXDC rear fender is skewed about a half inch to the right when looking from the back. Pretty sure it was that way from the day i took it home since i've not messed with the back end...yet 
Its not a big issue as nothing is rubbing on the fender, just looks a bit crap.
So, long story short, I will be fitting the bolt kit for the removable sissy bar this week sometime, is there any suggestions from the "been there done that" crowd on ways to re align the fender?

you sure it's not the tire is offset. anyways, when you undo the bolts to install the sissy bar kit just be sure to center the fender then tighten down evenly on both sides instead of tightening one side first which could cause it to become uneven I guess.
