Stock to Drag Pipe comparison video.
I wanted to share some info and video clips for you guys. Last week I ordered a set of 2 inch chrome drag pipes from Jireh/Midwest. I installed the torque cones and later did the lollipop trick. Adding the lollipops in conjunction with the torque cones was the SHIZNIT!!! Bike has NEVER run so well. The popping in the exhaust is gone. And I mean gone completely. No popping and zero backfiring, even on deceleration. As much, or more midrange than ever before and of course the 5000RPM power runs sound and feel as as good as ever. Heres two videos I wanted to post up. The first is of course the stock exhaust with the baffle plug punched out. The second video is the 2 inch drag pipes with both the lollipops and the torque cones. If you look, you can see the drags are ALREADY starting to yellow, which pisses me off since I coated the **** out of the inside of the pipes with BBQ paint. I had hoped that might slow the discoloration down. It did not. So I will be ordering chrome heat shields this week. Just wanted to post up the results.
