I had mine out for a couple of 120 mile rides and averaged about 40. Had it up to 100 mph a few times last night and still got 40. If I work at it I have got over 50.
I have no idea what fuel mileage I get, and honestly, I dont really care. The bike runs till it needs more gas, I put some in, and it runs some more. It hasnt left me stranded, even when I asked it to go 180 miles to get to the next station. So who cares what mileage you get, as long as the bike goes, and you go along for the ride.
I usually average about 31-34mpg depending on how and where I ride. I would believe that if the OP was getting 57mpg his bike is running so lean that it is melting the pistons and will not be running much longer. Mine stock was getting close to 45mpg and that was so lean that it turned the inside of the stock mufflers white before I rode it 500 miles. The exhaust are now a nice dirty black inside
I Avg 45 mpg in the Summer
Winter Blend gas here in Michigan I avg. 35

At 80 MPH and 3000 RPM my A/F is at 14.3 I've had it on the Dyno pulling A/F runs and the map is Lean. Just waiting to install heads and cam's before a Real Tune
I ride a lot of country roads in Western New York so I don't get into 6th gear often. My average is around 40 mpg, that's what I've come to figure on getting for my stock 2007 FXDB. That's with windshield and a svelt 275 pounds on it.
