I'm glad to see you and Brian are busier than a pair of jumper cables at a (fill in the blank) wedding. You guys make a superior product and I couldn't be happier with my Intiminators up front and Ricors in the back. My bike feels like it's running on its tippy toes, and responds crisply to rider input. True, it can be frustrating to get in contact, but once we have you attention your customer service is outstanding. I've had several in-depth converstaions with Brian while setting up my front and rear suspension, and really appreciate the support.

Your shocks will ship today. Two to Three weeks build time between your final payment and shipping.. NORMALLY.. provided no parts issues, machine problems etc. etc. etc. on our end. We do the best we can as it is in our own best intrest to ship ASAP also. Holiday weekend, hundreds of phone messages, looks like Brian lost the one message you left with the 3 calls you made and we regret that it happened. Brian is in the shop most of the time during the day, and it can be difficult during those times to get to the phone. Emails are probably best with your phone number and personal email contact. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and believe Brian already contacted you via email on your shipping. They should have actually gone out yesterday but we missed the truck.
We remain a relatively small custom machine shop and are doing our best to address all the calls and emails and run the shop. They will be worth the wait.. we guarantee it.
Just checked my email. Brian did indeed email me to let me know the shocks would be shipped out today. Thank you for the follow up.
May I suggest that either the website or the final payment email be modified to state the 2-3 week build time under normal conditions after final payment is received? This may help avoid impatient people like me from posting potentially negative comments. I really do look forward to receiving the shocks, installing them and seeing how well they work.
Excellent news and as I figured they've been cranking harder than a 2 dollar pistol. I believe they had some machine/material issues that set em back a little so hopefully they'll be back on track shortly. I've got about a month wait time on mine, but I don't want to slow em down any more with calls or emails yet, so hopefully I'll hear something next week too. Don't want em cranking up the press too fast then quality might suffer.
Don't get me wrong because I haven't dealt with Brian (yet) but I'd much rather deal with a knowledgable person who knows what they're talking about than an 8/hr "customer service rep". It's like the old engineering saying there's three things which everyone wants cheap cost, high quality, and speed, but you only get to pick two.
