That's the goofy name, why not call them riser bolts.....
I think on my apes I ran them up to 55 to eliminate the play in the bars, but that was a few years ago.
Just finished putting the spacers in, look good and height feels a lot better, along with some gained pullback. I just hand tightened the bolts (cranked on them) as a torque wrench I have won't clear the headlamp! What I did notice was, I have much more flex now in the bars because of the risers creating more leverage, therefore, more bar movement. I'm going to try it as is, in theory it should help with some vibration.
I have never tried spacers, how do they work? Does the riser bolt go all the way through them, or is it a 2 bolt deal, one in the riser, one in the spacer?

Just had to replace the two bolts with 2" longer ones. yes, it's just a 2" spacer with a 1/2" thru- hole. No other bolts, just the ones on the bottom of the upper tree.

Rubber or poly bushings? Poly should allow you to snug those up more and take the play out.

I retained the stock rubber for now, I want to see how it effects steering and handling, if at all. If I feel it's to much play or slop in the bars, then out they go! I want to see if I feel any vibration differences.
