Pheasant looked like a RPG coming in.
Went for a ride today and was following about 150 feet behind a bagger when a half grown pheasant came out of the ditch and flew across in front of him ,I thought whew that was close! Then out of the corner of my eye I see the next one coming like a RPG angled right at me. No time to react I turned my head and held on. It hit me right on my hip on my cell phone then must have caught the sissy bar for the backrest. When I looked in the mirror it was laying on the road. A sissy bar at 70mph must hurt.Mike

I'd give up my right nut to have wild pheasents around here again.
I had a small bird, sparrow or something, hit me in the helmet at about 70. Felt like I got hit with a snowball.

Glad you're ok. I had an encounter with some chikins a few years back. They decided to cross the road as I was approaching..... I could not stop that short and they thought I could or would..... white feathers everywhere!!!!

Some b!tch! Did it damage your phone? Now you can come back later for pheasant season. Did you get a gps reading on that location?
