Default Will any other year seats fit an 05?
05 seats are hard to find. Will any other year fit an 05? Perhaps with some minor modifications??

Yeah. An 04. Probably not what you wanted to hear. Plenty of them around.

HaHa!...ya, you're right. I know that 04 and 05 are the same, but they are hard to find. I was hoping another year might work, even if it meant minor modifications.

Bought a used 05 for my 08, so why wouldn't an 08 fit an 05??

I have the original 2 up stock seat from my 04 that will fit-Cheap!!

I'm looking for a nice solo seat. Maybe a Le Pera? I was going to buy a Bare Bones, but my buddy tells me those seats are good for about 40 miles, then you *** starts to kill you. The Mustangs seats are comfy, but too wide.

I currently have the stock 2up seat. Very comforable, but just don't care for the look. Plus I rarely carry passengers.

for 05 and earlier check out the Saddlemen Renagade Solo. Note the 06 and later version of the same seat are more of a Touring Solo than a low profile seat.

Aslo check out C&C LowPro Solo or 2 piece Solo and you can get ithem in Leather for $225.00.

To my surprise I received a notice that the seat I ordered on the 15th shipped yesterday and should be here tomorrow....Pretty quick for a custom leather seat from C&C.
