These posts STILL crack me up!! Like it's anything new...I have been doing quick clean-ups on my cars for years with it-and ALL my bikes. Hell I use the Dollar store brand and it works just fine. Go to a car show and see how many guys do their whole vehicles with it. Plus it works well on helmets and shields too. Why do i need to do a serious car wax job on vehicles that are stored in a garage?? Yup-you are correct! I don't need all that protection and long lasting shine. Now my poor 96 Toyota Tercel commuter car that I drive 90% of the time and sits outside 24/7/365? It gets a double coat of Nu-Finish every late fall! 131K and no rust either....
I don't believe i'd try it on the Denim finish though(I agree bznitch!)..I think you'd end up with a 'satin' finish instead. Just my two centavo's...OH yeah since there seems to little knowledge on this old trick DO NOT SPRAY/WIPE it on ANY seats,grips or pegs though! This is a Public Service Message for you silly-heads...

does it not leave a oily residue on the windshield..i heard that rain-x and stuff like that would ruin some windshields...father in law has a memphis shades one and he is scared to put anything other than a hot towel to get the bugs off and then water to clean it...

No residue. It just leaves a slick smooth surface that makes the bugs real easy to get off. It doesn't get as dusty either.
