FXDC Changes
Well since I seem to be able to post pix now, here's some changes I made on my 2010 FXDC, its getting closer to where I want but I still need the forks sorted, a windshield (got a sportech but it doesn't fit) and some general cleaning up of clutter and adding chrome hardware. I still have plans for start a double disc conversion and adding Ohlins shocks next year.
So far I have added FXDL bars on stock risers, turn signal relocation kit, (a must with new bars as they hit the tank) HD touring seat, quick release seat screw, easy brackets rear signal relocation/laydown bracket (power coated black) HD standard length (12.75") touring shocks after taking off the Ultima copies that were way too soft and let thing drag on the slightest bump, HD rigid sissy bar mounts with low medallion upright and a standard pad but with a Kuryakan rack because its stylish (better chrome too) but mostly because of the rubber inserts.........which really work well, had a board under a bag last weekend and the rubber kept it all in place.
