The wind noise is naturaly less than with the skid lid but still there. However I ride with ear plugs to save what hearing I have left.

I have spent all summer debating between the Bell 500 and the Fulmer V2. Nobody in my area seems to sell either of them. The 500 looks great and I think it is time to pull the internet purchasing trigger!

If I didn't just recently buy a new raincoat, riding shoes (Vans Hi-tops - boots are for suckers), & go on a long trip....as well as talk to Joe about powder coating my wheels.....I'd have already ordered the Silver Flake one. Maybe later.

The Bells look great too.

I ordered the orange without seeing it in person and was expecting the color to be closer to the HD orange, which would be fine. But it's like a burnt orange, real deep finish and really pops in the sun.
