Bike's in the shop!
I took in because of a chirping sound from around the primary area and a new vibration. When I cruise at 25-30 mph in 3rd gear I get a fast vibration in the bars, pegs and seat. The tech at the shop said that's telling you to shift to 4th. I said OK so when I get to 60-70 in 5th gear cruising and it makes that same vibration I should shift to 6th? ( I only have a 5 speed ) He said oh OK I get what your saying we will check out the motor mounts, belt, wheels and transmission. While I was there I ask what he would charge to run the switch wires on the inside of my bars!! 4-5 hours at 59.00 a hour.... ouch!!!!
