I have been looking for a way to lower and extend my headlight a bit and ended up employing a headlight mounting block intended for mounting a bullet style headlight on a wide glide. Gives the bike the stance which I have been shooting for. A minor mod, but I think it makes major appearance difference IMO. The spikes are stuck on for now, but I plan on drilling the light housing to make it permanent.
Couldn't get any good pics yet since it has been raining out all day here, but here are some garage pics in the meantime:
trick set up man, i like the way it sits on there now!
Thanks. From the side, gives the bike kind of a vulture like stance which was what I was shooting for and sets it aside from the pack of Dynas in the parking lot.
I think I will mount threads on the headlight shell so I can add or remove spikes, finials, or what not. What can I say, some times I feel like a nut, sometimes....
