Default Yet again another Ignition Relocation Post

Well I have not gotten on the band wagon and am looking to relocate my switch. However since I have a FXD, I am not fond of the switch being put on the console. I am going to go with relocating the horn and will use that location. I was hoping to find someone that has done this. Im thinking of doing some like this but Ill make it my self.

That'll look good, I moved mine onto the console, it was easy.
Basics are posted in the Under 50 bux thread.

There have been a few guys on here that have done that, did you search for relocation threads?

Not sure the benefit of the horn location over the stock location on an FXD, I have an FXD tank on my WG and the switch is on the console, makes it very convenient, no bending over to see when you are on the bike. That is if you use the round key so it does not have to stay in the ignition when running.
If you are going to use the type that you have to leave the key in, then I guess the horn spot is good, but a lot of effort for little gain, just my 0.02...
