Not to pick at ya Paul...but you were just gonna buy a $250+install tire. The metz is definitely cheaper.
And a much better tire.
I don't understand what the front has to do with the rear. Chances are you will replace the rear again before the front, why wait to change brands? And to put another Dunlop on to boot...
It's not difficult to change yourself Paul, get the Dyna beads and you don't need to pay for a balance either.
Check out Jakewilson.com. They have some inexpensive tire tools, you can get everything you need for less than you will pay to have the tire installed.
Can't get em meaning they don't make em anymore??? I'm due for a tire change myself

I asked about the 180 when I dropped it off. Writer said he'd have to check on pricing, as it wasn't on their special sale sheet, and call me back. He called when I got home, told me the price - only $20~ more than the 160, so I told him to put it on.
When I got there this morning and saw the repair order, it had 180/xx-16. I questioned it. He said he had to re-do the order because it had the wrong info on it. New one came up with the OE 160. Asked why it wasn't a 180 and he said they don't get them anymore, because they only sell what the most popular size is.
It was already mounted, so I didn't make a stink because I haven't ridden in a week and getting back on my scoot is more important to me than a fatter tire right now.
Someone gave you false info.... It was back when radials first came out, you did not mix radials and bias ply on the same car. I actually learned that first hand.
Damn, live and learn, I guess. I'm wating for the dealer to open, so I can make a stink. I haven't mounted the wheel yet. I'm a bit pissed that they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have a 180.
