I just got the BCT Baffles for my SEII'S last month. I think the previous posts were pretty accurate, they said they are about 20% louder at idle alone....It's true. If you do a search you should find a sound clip of the "before and after" when the BCT's were installed.(Sound clip was another member, not me)
They are easy to install and have a very nice sound. The only down side that I noticed was that when I really "get on it", I tend to get some backfiring. Of course If I had a sert that would solve that.
I think it's a good value for the money, if you have a sert or pciii you should be fine..I only have the download. If you can't find that sound clip, let me know.

Yes, they have a much deeper sound than the SEII's
I have them on my 2006 Street Bob with SEII Slip Ons and the H-D Download. I am planning on one day getting a PCIII and going that route but I can say they run just fine right now. They are louder at idle and I never get tired of being stopped at a light and the person in the car next to me has to roll up their window so they can continue their cell phone conversation.
