I spoke to the local bike shop(none harley dealer) the mec there said I should be fine to make the drive after the install since the only other engine/exhaust change I have made was adding screaming eagle exhaust. They have added new high flow intakes and the bike still ran perfect no download needed before. Other times they sent guys to the dealer for the download bike ran rough maybe back fired or just added a PC to the bike which he felt worked better than most factory downloads performance wise.
