Are you asking because you don't know what the recommended pressures are or are you looking to maybe improve tire life?
The respective tire pressures are printed on your Vehicle Identification sticker that is located on your frame.

I just installed new metzelers in the rear and the rubber says 42 psi. and was told diffrent psis from diffrent mechanics. I am 260 and my main mech. says run 42psi front and back. Thought it was a little to high so I figured lets ask the masses of this great forum thank you all.

Check Metzeler's website to see if they give a recommended pressure for your tyres and bike. You can always add a little extra if you feel your tyres are a little soft.
