looking at all the seat posts on this site and a couple of other sites.I have not seen one lepera maverick seat for sale. anyone out there have this seat on a dyna and how do you like it. mainly looking for back support and long distance comfort. have been through 3 seats allready and have not found the right one yet, was trying to stay with a solo seat but I"m going to start trying 2 up seats and see what happens.
That's a good idea, in my experience a good two-up seat offers back support that a solo one can't. Even a solo with a back rest is a bit different than some of the back support a good two-up can offer.
I have no experience with a Lepera seat. I have a Corbin Dual Tour that offers great back support via the hard lip that is at the back of the rider portion. That's the most comfortable seat I've ever had on a motorcycle.
I have a Maverick on my Street Bob. Long distance to me means a 800 mile day (Patch holder,38 years in the saddle).I have zero complaints with the Maverick.Great back support, firm seat/foam.Will move you forward and down a bit which you may like if you have forwards.I also will strongly recommend the Regal Duke by Mustang which will give you 3" of seat under your butt. They're basically the same width more or less. Some prefer firmer, some softer.
had a regal duke i bought used didn"t care for it .have a sundowner solo on the bike now, going to try it for a while if that don"t work were going to try the maverick.

I had the sundowner 2 up on mine. Very comfortable, it just moved me too far forward IMO. I have forwards but I am also 6'4" and needed to stretch more.
*side note, the 2 up sundowner is for sale for 96-01 if interested.
