Gas was leaking out of my tank as well - stock / no lift. I found that there is a rubber "washer" on the cap and it wasn't seating properly. Pushing down while turning and going around a couple times after it clicks seems to make sure it has a good seal and prevents gas from leaking.

The wife had total control on the project. she was diggin in JnP and found what i was looking for. I am in Afghanistan and could do nothing. I have no clue what brand, but it's a piece that bolts to the frame and the tank.
