Sharing some morning pictures. My bike started as an 08 Low Rider. Shopping through Craigs List, the Forum classifieds and Ebay I added and grafted in some used parts for performance and looks. V-rod front forks, brembos and wheel. Wideglide tank, sissy bar, mini apes(08WG) and headlight, touring rear rotor and brembo. Chopped and lowered a Street Bod fender, under mounted the plate with led ilumination and changed the tail light to a BAL street glide light with no license window. Fat Bob front pipes welded to a Screamin Eagle 16 gage rear section, 1 inch through baffles and shortened chrome covers for the complete the tommy gun look.
Looks great! Wouldn't even guess that started as a Low Rider. Maybe a little more black in the front end, triple trees, risers, bars, something but really looks sharp and I like the exhaust, very unique looking with the upsweep to them. Now tell us about that rear brake? And did the front end fit up fairly easily?
I don't normally comment on how people mod their bikes(it's their bike) but that all goes together nice!!.
Are the V-Rod forks, just the Lowers on Dyna triples & forks?.
wow, really really nice. kinda the frankenstein of the harley world. lots of good ideas and you really pulled it off. i've got the brembos on my roadglide and they stop that sucker on a dime. nice job.

Thanks all for the compliments. The V-rod forks are the tubes and lowers, they are 49mm just like my stockers were so they slid right into the stock triples. The front brake lines are 09 touring (I think street glide). The rear brembo brake was a $65 Ebay part which included the mount and caliper, they are brand new OEM take offs from Ultras being turned into trikes so there are alway a couple listed. I bough an 09 street glide rotor which is 11.8 inch diameter instead of the stock Dyna 11.5 and the street glide rotor is thicker also. I just swapped my rear brake line end for end and it fit perfectly. The caliper mount I needed to file the front slider slot a touch for it to fit. The Wide Glide sissy bar fits over the rear struts on a non-Wide Glide frame with a little persuasion, I cut some points into the rear side and drilled it and crinkle painted the flat section for a slightly non-stock look. My son and I did all the work. He's and excellent welder so the exhaust looks great even without the heat shields. On a side note the exhaust now has two common chambers, one from the OEM Fat Bob front pipes and the second from the SE 16 gauge, the two chamber really improve the low and mid throttle torque. 96 inch motors really loose low end with out some type of common crossover in the head pipe.
