I have an 06 Streebob. When I bought it used it already had Air Filter and SE II Slip ons and the previous owner had taken the baffles out. I assume with these two things done it's already had a download from the dealership or it wouldn't be running for chit... and it does run fine. I recently bought new Big City baffles for it and that stopped my popping when downshifting. So here is my question.... I found a hell of a deal on a set of V&H staggered short shots over the weekend. I bought em but is there anything I'll need to do after I bolt these up.... I can't imagine they'd flow any better than the SE II slip ons with no baffles... or am I gonna need another download ??? I went to the dealer and the parts guy was just talkin is circles and couldn't give me a straight answere
Thanks guys. That is what I thought but the parts guy a the dealer had me worried... sayin I'd need a download but not being able to explain why. My local dealer sucks....

Does your bike have one O2 sensor or two? If just one, then -- I dunno. Those ECMs are different. But I'd still ask the dealer to search his records to see if they did the Stage 1 download.
Question...what do you plan to do with the old exhaust?
I dunno... I just bought the Big City Baffles less than 200 miles ago. I'm gonna probably sell em once I get the V&H's on there and make sure I like em. I'm waiting to get my new bars and the rain to start fallin to tear it apart, but that shouldn't be long.
You know someone that needs a louder set of pipes?

Might be interested in the baffles, I'm thinking of building a set of a pipes and loved the sound I had in my old SEII slip-on's with them in!
