Oil Pressure
Hello all. Have one more question about my WG. Again, it's a 2000. What is the best way to check oil flow and pressure. Just seems to run awfully hot. Especially the rocker covers. Ridin friends twinkies and they don't seem to run as hot. Thanks.

Install an oil pressure gauge. You can get one from HD or from Jerzee customs. I installed one from Jerzee in about an hour and love it, got a black one with the red and yellow gauge to match the flames on my WG. Also an oil cooler is a good investment but you can check the temp with a HD digital gauge that fits into the oil filler opening.

Yeah, a gage is the best answer to monitor your oil. I use this gage and am pretty happy.
