Todd's Cycle makes some that are 1 1/8" and taper down to 1" for stock controls. They look a little beefier and that diameter is fairly unique. I'd check with them though on what you'd have to do for risers, as to me it doesn't look like it tapers down to 1" in the centre section; I've never seen a riser for 1 1/8".
Nice looking stuff, kinda steep though.
I just ordered a set of Flanders G5 bars for my 05 FXDL today. They'll come in a month as I have to get them through Parts Canada up here and they had to special order them with holes for internal wiring. Hopefully they're what I'm after, I guess I'll find out then!
I ordered the Flanders G5 bars too, and like you, I hope the fit is what I'm looking for. Should have them in about 2 weeks and will let you know. Good luck with yours.

Thanks for that bigdaddy. Hope they work out for you man!
After reading all these posts, I really like the look of the flanders H5. I have a 06 Street bob with stock apes. Can I install these bars without changing the cables or wiring?
I'm switching over to the G5's right now and the specs are pretty similar to the H5's, and I'm pretty sure the cables are going to be too long and will need to be switched. I went with internal wiring so don't expect the length of the wires to be a problem.

Just took my first ride with the new Flanders handlebars, (G5 Flat Track in gloss black) and like the a lot! Make me wish I made the switch years ago. These bars put you in a real good riding position, both aggressive and comfortable, and make it real easy to throw the bike around.
Since I needed to change the cables, I went with the Magnum Black Pearl steel braided.
It's about time you put a real set of bars on your bike....lol.....They look real nice in black with the new cables and the black console as well...Might have to try a set on my bike as I need new bars anyway.... Enjoy, the scoot is looking great and the warm weather is just around the corner.....
