I was pretty surprised when I first saw it....it's way different from the previous values. I'm keeping printed out copies of the values just in case. Need to see what kind of MPG I get with the new set up.
The new map damaged my MPG pretty significantly, I was getting 46 mpg, now I get about 38.
Still for the difference in the way it runs its worth it.
The FP has more capability than most people give it credit for. I used the FP for a few months after I did the 95" kit and Andrews 26g cam. It ran just fine. Then I "upgraded" to the PC III, it runs about the same. Granted, I'm using a canned map from Fuel MOTO, and I have the option old Dyno tuning with the PC, but I'm not racing it and I'm happy with the way it runs. I could have been just as happy with the FP. But I do get a little bit better mileage with the PC.
great to know...I feel like i stole it...read a thread about them yesterday and went to eBay...$50 plus $10 shipping and it's almost new...latest model. I will order either a SE or big sucker air today and should be ready to go next week... thanks! Bob

Were you happy with the results of the 95 inch kit and the Andrews cams coupled with the Fuelpak? I ask as this is the combo I am thinking of using. Which compression 95 kit did you use?

I think its great for a mild build. It's the SE kit right out of the catalog, I don't know the compression.

Do you remember what map you used with that setup? I believe that kit you have is stock compression or close to it. The SE 95 kit has cast pistons, I am gonna get an aftermarket kit with Wiseco 10.5 compression pistons.

V&H didn't have a map on their site, so I called them and their tech support gave it to me via email.
I agree with PARTS EETER. A popping and crackling engine doesn't mean there is a problem with the the tune. You can control most of that with the throttle anyway. I think driveability is the main thing. I know dealer mechanics and indies and they all tell me the same thing. Make changes to the the exhaust, breather, etc and these engines are going to snap, crackle, and pop. Not hurting a thing. You can see through after market pipes but not stock. The engines are poping with stock pipes you just can't hear it through the CATS.
