No headwork? I really want to do the cams/headwork at the same time to just pay the dyno once....but it sure would be awesome to do this in stages.

Are you happy with the 54's? I'm leaning really hard toward those, the 7H's or the Tman 590's.....

Awesome. Well...if you yank the cams, hit me up! Some savings on a used set will sway my choice!

From what I've read...the cams/headwork are supposed to make the most difference so I figured I'd start there and when it needs more, go with a BB kit and larger cam. Damn addicting I tell ya.

As far as the tune goes, I dont know what youre getting at, but it runs perfect. Pulls hard all the way to redline, no decel pop, night and day difference from motor without cams and dyno. If it didnt have the power, I wouldnt think the clutch would slip as you say it is....right?
Sorry, wasn't rying to be a wiseazz. You will probably feel it in 2nd gear. When a clutch is strong, and holding, your curve is overall consistant. When it is consistantly deviating, it shows a clutches inability to hold torque. Oh, and yes, if you didn't have the power, your clutch would not slip unless abused ie. doing burnouts, wheelies or both. An easy fix is a variable pressure clutch. Again, not trying to **** anybody off here.

Don't forget when you do any motor work, the overall sound of the exhaust will change.
Good point about a stock bike. While my Fatcat took some getting used to, "different sound",...... I've heard one on a stock motor that embarrassed me for the guy. A performance pipe often sounds like **** on a stock motor. Once he gets his cams and gets his compression up, he'll likely like the sound.

To me, 2 into 1's indeed sound "different" and take some getting used to.
But after getting used to it, they sound so "sporty and racey" that it ain't a bad thing at all. But ya gots to have a motor that'll compliment the pipe.

The standard Rienhart 2 into 1, is likely the lowest rated 2 into 1 out there (no offense to anyone). They sound good and improve performance, but not as good as many other 2 into 1's.
Now the Bub 7, 2 into 1 is a high rated pipe (go figure). Way better made than the traditional rienhart 2 into 1. Nice looking too!

I like my Fatcat, but there are others that are just as good and might even sound better. I have no regrets running this pipe though.

That didn't look like clutch slip to me. Smoothing number wasn't present, but I'd bet it was set low on those passes. The effect was too consistant along the entire curve. Clutch slippage don't do that.

Clutch slip example. Notice the smoothing is set to "5", which smoothes out all the little bumps.
