new belt
I will be helping my friend tomorrow change his belt. (it broke)
the bike is an 01 fxdx
i have hade my primary off of my 06 fxd, and have a service book for 06 fxd, so is there going to be anything differnt that I need to know.
I have a primary locking tool but it is stamped 06 and up, any suggestions here.
All i plan to pick up at dealer today in belt, oil, primary gaskets, sealing bolts.

I have the belt off my '00 FXDL which looks to be in mint condition. (I switched to a chain a few years ago). If your friend wants it, PM me. No charge for the belt.
