I found those on e-bay ... I think my search was for 'brass offset risers' ... might have used the words 'dog bone' too ... don't recall exactly ....
Found a few more really cool ones ... from NYC Choppers ...
From Todds Cycles ...
... also, found some at Paughco and at Custom Cycle Engineering ... those are chrome and are a little less curvy ... a lot more reasonably priced, too ... might go that route ....
Ive got some risers like those but taller. REAL flexy. My bars are about 8" and theres a lot of leverage on those big bushings. Im going to try a drag bar with them before I take them off completely. I like the look but cant get over the feel.

What kind of bushings are you using on the upper triple tree with those risers ...? I think the harder polyurethane bushings might help (assuming you're not using them) ....
This is from the Hill Country Cycles website WRT polyurethane bushings:
"Black poly bushings are 28% stiffer for better control and they still provide exceptional vibration absorption ...."
I am looking at using them [offset risers] for the sole purpose of moving the base of my mini-ape handlebars rearward ... to clear my fairing .... As it is, I have to tilt them back to get clearance and I don't care for the angle it puts them ....
I will probably go with the shorter ones either 2" or maybe 3" ....
Surfer, yeah, Im running the harder bushings in the upper tree. The risers I have are almost identical to the ones that sby posted right above your post. Ive thought about looking into replacing the upper "bar clamp" bushings with a harder material . but then im not sure I want to put that much investment into any more. : ) Thoughts are already reverting back to an older idea Ive been sitting on starts with this .
I dont have any pics of my dog bones right now but Ill post some this evening. I think it will have everything to do with riding style. Mine is more forward leaning so Im putting more weight onto the bars than the risers were probably designed for.
