why would you wanna swap an adjustable dual disc narrow glide that most people would kill to have for a single disc mid glide??...and yes it'll fit no prob...again but why?
Yes it will but your fender wont and you will have to differant bearings in your wheel yours are 3/4 and you need 1" it might be a challenge but go for it
The neck on a 2006 Low Rider is a half an inch longer than that of a 2000 Super Glide, will this cause a problem? I have to switch them out because my fork tubes look like horseshoes....ooops.
Here are a couple of threads by GeorgeJ on his experience with a very similar front end swap ... he would probably be able to answer any detailed, specific questions ....
Will a 2006 Dyna Low Rider front end fit on my 2000 Superglide Sport? If so, is there anything special that i have to do?
Thanks
I swapped my '03 superglide narrow frontend for an '06 front end and I love the look of the beefier and wider forks. I got the front end and fender from ebay and bought a new wheel vs a new hub and restringing the spokes. The '06 front end is a little bit longer due to the slightly longer rake..about an inch.
