Over the winter? Well, for starters, I live in Germany right now, so it is hard to get parts. In Germany, EVERYTHING is EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! I looked at several things so far through HD shops here and the mark up is over 10x higher on everything. Example: Black horn cover - HD Cataloge USA ($37.95), HD Dealer in Germany (41.95 EURO!) Thats over 60 USD!, I just got a quoat for HD Black mini apes and all the wires... 475.00 Euro BEFORE TAX! What a major rip-off!

Anyways, Winter Mods. They will come after my yearly servicing, yes I service my bike every year in the winter time because I ride it 4/5th of the year straight till first snow. Then:

- 1" Gloss Black 12" Apes with all new black steel braided cables and internal wiring.
- Black Exhaust Wrap with Stainless Steel Clamps for the pipes
- Gloss Black 3x Trees
- Either Black Forward Controls or Custom Black Floor Boards fitted for a Dyna by HD or V Twin MFG

(*stop, have a beer or two)

- V&H Drak Air Cleaner
- V&H FuelPak

Mods might include New Dyna Street Bob Fuel Tank (with custom black paint job) with Center Mount Speedo/Tacho Combo; Powder Coated Everything for the Engine, Trans, and Primary, Rear Fender Mounts, Battery Cover; Black Rear Shocks; Moving the Front Turn Signals from the Forks to the Frame like everyone does in Japan.

Thats all for now, of course more to come the following year...

This winter i plan on doing a 2" tach with custom bracket and i'd also like to black out my strut covers, battery band, rear signals, break pedal, and shifter arm with satin black powder coat. Re-shoot or replace all the parts i thrashed this year. If i can find the funds up grade the front and rear suspension. maybe i might clean my bike!

You guys do have a great selection..............I just wish you guys would offer the Big Guns 3 "Cannons" - Massive 2 1/2" One Piece Full Coverage Heat Shields in black. That is the only thing stopping me from getting them, well maybe the funds too, haha. But it is had for me to break down and buy the pipes I want (in chrome) just so I will have to send them out for the black ceramic coating. $$$$ starts to add up.

blue, try PMing the samson rep direct.

maybe they do offer them, but just don't show it on the website?

you can try getting in touch with drew or shawn over at Dr. V-Twin too, they carry all the samson stuff.

First thing I'm going to do is lower the hell out of my sport. I'll have to change the forks and probably go with airride on the back. Next thing to do is change out the rear fender. I'm not real big on the stock one. The motor is done, so I'll concentrate on this stuff.
