Yeah, well except for the engine, frame, rear suspension, front fork, tires, seat and gas tank. Other than that it really is a Dyna.
THANK YOU !!!! Saved me from having to do that !!! I'm not sure I could have been as nice about it..
'cause you know, a Dyna is the same as a softail, which is the same as a Goldwing, which is the same as a car, which is exactly like an airplane, which is the same as my dishes...

Well the T-27 torx screws on the derby are the same.
I think this winter I'm going to do the Street Glide conversion, either that or the electraglide standard...
I've had this pig since '07 and I like the idea of being able to carry sh*t with me..but not the idea of putting bags on a Dyna...
Not to worry, If I do end up with a bagger it WILL have huge apes and an obnoxious exhaust (thunderheaders of course !!!) ...
Just do like I did and make it into a convertible Dyna ...

Toastman - just upgraded cams and installed 1550 big bore (my erstwhile 'winter mods') ... hope to see my gas tank before the spring, so I suppose 'tins' would be my winter mod ....
But, like a couple others have said ... 'riding it' ... (except if, as, or when we get icy roads or snow accumulation) ....

Hey , I dig that ... might look into it if it's not more than selling the bob and buying a bagger...
Greetings,
Checking the air in the tires and oil in tank, between RIDES!
Oh, and some gas in the tank - funny how many tanks of gas I go thru in the "winter" here.

you really check your tire pressure and oil level ?
when your tires aren't round ...add some air.
when it stops leaking, shut it off.....you're out of oil...
P.S. tell George we say "hi" .......How bout them Rangers !!! (ouch....)

It comes from being around scooters for 50 years - I tend to check things as I don't bounce well anymore....and HD stands for Hundred Dollars unless you have motor problems then it stands for "We gets to Hump the Dummy for mo' money"
No harm, no foul - I watched every SF game in the final 4!
Really loved the way they let the other teams win one or two for the extra air time - LOL.
SF just likes like real a baseball team to me!
