2004 super glide
Hi all. Need some help. A guy I know asked me to look at his bike. He claims that sometimes when he's riding, his bike will accelerate on its own. Also while he throttles back the bike will almost stall (I saw this happen). The dealer changed out the fuel filter and the injectors, but it didn't help.
Anyone out there have the same problem, and if so what did you do to correct it. The closest dealer to me is 400 miles.

Is it Delphi injection? If so, spray some throttle bore cleaner in the IAC orifice in the upper left section of the throttle bore, turn the ignition off/on several times and spray again. There is little air metering needle there that helps control the idle, (Idle Air Control).
