Not sure on the Dyna but I had to replace mine on an '02 Duece and they're probably similar. It wasn't easy, but it can be done.
The glass is held in place to the speedo housing by a "crimped" stainless steel ring. It's not really designed to be taken apart but you can carefully pry the edges enough to get it apart. Then when you put it back together you have to re-crimp it. The ring will definitely look "worked on" when you're finished but once the speedo is reinstalled you can't see it.
Make sure you get a good seal on the glass so water can't get under the glass.
I got the glass for mine from a local glass shop. The thickness needs to be exactly as the original or you'll never get it back together.
I did mine about 6 or 7 years ago and it still looks perfect today.
I seen that as soon as I looked at your sig! Is your sig from a video or you acually taking pics while doing a 100? LOL!
I did actually take that pic at 100 mph. Well almost 100. I was a little over 100 but by the time I snapped the pic I had slowed a touch. It was somewhere in Wyoming on my way to Sturgis a few years ago. I didn't feel like trying it again so I settled for the pic at 96 or 97.
