Anyone else problems with Progressives
Hats off to Progressive for standing behind their product and customer relations. I've got the 412's on my wide glide. I love em. They look great and ride awesome. I do alot of 2up and haven't bottomed out at all.
progressive...yuck.. try Ricor or Ohlin...you'll never think progressives are any good again. It is good to hear they will fix your shocks when they break...of course it is better to get shocks that ride 100x better and do not break in the first place.
LOL ditto when I saw the title.....was mentally preparing the list of their defects (well more like needing a stenographer)

Don't get me wrong, guys, i said that 430 heavy dutys perform GREAT! But they had this problem!
Now ... i didn't (yet) go back to my dealer (so i still do not know Progressive's customers' policy) because i had my bike stored due to work ... obligations.
I'll let you know!
But it's excellent to hear that Joe was helped to solve his problem!!
And i believe that there might be better shocks out there, but i was told that Progressive are the best deal considering cost... If they fix mine i'll know this first hand!!
