Need Wide Glide Bar & customizing Advice
Hey,
I am new to the forum. Just got a 2011 Wide Glide and I am looking to customize myself. Can't do the exhaust because I am in Germany for now and they are particular. So, I thought I'd start with the Bars, Mirrors, Headlamp, Foot pegs, Grips, Air intake, and Rims in chrome.
Any recommendations on what to do first?
I would really like to get some mid sized ape hangars or bars similar to the Rocker C. Something that gets the hands higher without going too high. I am a tall guy at 6'4" with pretty long arms so you have some perspective on what I am up against. Anyway, pointing me toward some bar makes and models and possibly a place to get them would be much appreciated. Additionally, any info on any accessories i'll need for the job and fyi tips would be great too. Do the accessories come with installation manuals? I am more familiar with sport bikes and haven't worked on Harley's.
