Bub 7 2-1 mounting bracket snapped

Has anyone had any problems with the Bub 2-1 mounting bracket snapping? I heard a vibrating noise and thought it was my motor, brought it home and ran it while looking it over seen the mounting bracket snapped in half, this is where the black mountig bar/pipe runs back to the mountig patch at teh reap of the collector.

any ideas what could have caused this ?

Mine broke on my D&D fat cat as well. I am not sure what caused it but called D&D and they mailed me a new one.

Interesting place where it broke. By the looks of it you'd think it was tweaked. Obvious too late to tell now, but deffinetly something to check when you get the replacement. I couldn't imagine normal vibration would cause that unless its under some form of pressure.
