Same, both click type's for me as well. 3/8" MicroTork and 1/2" DigiTork. Parents also bought me that expensive 1/4" torque screwdriver (2-36 in-lb). I'd have never bought it myself, so it was a nice present. I've had to use it twice but don't remember what it was I used it on. I just remember I was really glad I had it (so it musta been important).

I have an older 1/2" MicroTork that had fallen apart (literally). I cleaned it up and put it back together, but of course the calibration was way off in left field somewhere. When I got the DigiTork, I torqued up a bolt to 100 lbs and used that to calibrate the older MicroTork. I'm sure it's not exact, but it's probably as close as many others.

I have CDI torque wrenches. They have been excellent. All three have metal handles and are the micro-adjustable click type.
3/8” drive 20”-150”lbs
3/8” drive 5’-75’lbs
1/2” drive 30’-25’lbs
